In addition to the services offered by the Jobs and Internship Service, the Institute for Innovation and Conception in Aerospace at Polytechnique (IICAP) offers students the opportunity to participate in industrial R & D projects and to do internships with one of the area?s many aeronautics firms. Since 2001, the Canada Foundation for Innovation and the Quebec Government have contributed to projects totalling over $223 million in research infrastructure at Polytechnique Montréal, including $38 million for aerospace research.
